All sales are final. At this time, JUST US FASHION does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details, descriptions, sizing, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. We want every customer to feel confident, intentional, and fully informed before checkout.

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or with an issue caused by our fulfillment process, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Eligible issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and resolved at the discretion of JUST US FASHION.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of stains, fragrance, deodorant marks, pet hair, and must have any original tags or packaging when applicable.
